Geraldton Urgent Care Clinic operates from 7:00am to 9:00pm, Monday to Sunday including public holidays. We are open every day of the year, including Christmas Day. Please note that patient intake may close earlier — after 6:00pm on weekdays and after 5:00pm on weekends — depending on capacity.

Geraldton Urgent Care Clinic provides free care to all patients who are eligible for Medicare.

No appointment is necessary. We welcome walk-in patients during our operating hours.

No, we do not provide Telehealth consultations. All patients must attend the clinic in person for face-to-face care.

  • Replacement prescriptions for medications that have been lost, stolen, or damaged

  • Prescriptions for pain medications

  • Medications with sedative or anxiety-relieving effects

  • Other controlled substances

For routine, non-urgent, or preventative healthcare needs, we recommend seeing your regular General Practitioner (GP). This includes general health checks and screenings, vaccinations, repeat prescriptions, mental health support, family planning, referrals for tests or specialists, chronic disease management, and preventative procedures such as cervical screening tests.

Yes all appointments are bulk billed. Any presentations outside the scope of Medicare Urgent Care can be treated and would be referred to the usual GP.
